What are the check-in and check-out times?
Self check-in allows you to check into the property after 3:00pm, but we ask that you depart by 10:00am on your departure date.

What is your cancellation policy?
We operate with the industry standard 72-hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to make it for your reserved time at Kintz Farm, we will offer you a 50% refund if your stay is cancelled up to 72 hours before your scheduled arrival.

Are pets allowed?
While we are lovers of all animals and furry creatures, we ask that you do not bring animals for your stay unless your pet is a support animal that is certified and has the appropriate paperwork.

What are the house rules?
You are welcome to make yourself comfortable while staying at Kintz Farm and we ask that if you need anything, please don’t hesitate to reach out! While you are staying, please refrain from accessing the basement which is used for storage and the farmhouse is also locked for safety.

How do I access the property?
Guests can check themselves in with a remote keypad on the door. There is parking in the front with room for up to 6 cares in the driveway.

Is the property family-friendly?
With 7-acres of room to run and room for up to 7 to sleep comfortably, this property is perfect for families. The dining room table for 8 is perfect for board games and family meals. The kitchen is also stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and all the items you would need for entertaining! We have also provided a pack and play, highchair, and children’s dinnerware.

What is the policy on additional guests?
While Kintz Farm is perfectly suitable for families and for hosting groups of up to 8, we ask that you limit visitors and do not host events or parties while you are a guest at the farmhouse.

What cleaning procedures do you have in place?
We ask that you leave the property in the same condition as it was when you arrived. When you are leaving, please place the sheets in the washer and we will finish the cycles. We have provided cleaning products so that any messes can be addressed as needed.

What safety measures are in place?
We have two security cameras, one on the back of the house, which can see the main entrance (back door), sidewalk, driveway and part of the back yard. The second security camera is on the east side of the house, showing the full length of the driveway.We also have fire distinguishers and a first aid kit on-site.

Do you offer additional servcies like grocery delivery?
Cleaning services and grocery delivery services are available for an extra charge if arranged in advance.

Do you allow long-term stays?
We are willing to discuss semi-long term stays with our guests, but these would require specific parameters and background or credit checks.

What streaming services are available on the TVs?
We offer Netflix streaming included in your stay and a Roku so that you can log into other streaming services at your discretion.

Is the property conducive for remote work?
The home offers a dedicated workspace, fast wifi – 389 Mbps, stream 4K videos and join video calls on multiple devices, and ethernet access.

Does the property have toiletries available?
We provide a hair dryer, cleaning products, Tresemmé Shampoo and Conditioner, Ginger Lily Farms body soap, and Shower Gel.

Is laundry available?
There is a washer, dryer, and laundry detergent available in the home that you will have access to.
