Our family wants you to feel at home while you are staying at Kintz Farm. We remodeled this home to create an environment that provides maximum comfort and all the amenities you would enjoy in your home.

We provide a hair dryer and the essential toiletries, wash cloths, and soft towels to make you comfortable during your stay.

Kintz Farm is equipped with the very best coffee station including a drip coffee maker, a french press, Keurig coffee machine, pour-over coffee, and coffee cups.

We dressed our beds in cotton Kirkland Signature 680 Thread Count linens, provide extra pillows and blankets, an iron, and clothing storage.

Kintz Farm is a perfect place to get some work done while enjoying time away from home. We provide a dedicated workspace, ethernet connection, fast wifi – 389 mbps which was verified by speed test that allows you to stream 4K videos and join video calls on multiple devices. Relax with an evening game in the sitting area of the living room or put your feet up and watch a movie on the 55" smart TV.

We provide all of the essentials to cook and serve a delicious meal. We have a whirlpool double oven, gas stove, dishwasher, hot water kettle, wine glasses, toaster, baking sheets, pots and pans, flatware, serving ware, plates, bowls, cups, chopsticks, and more!

Kintz Farm provides the most remarkable outdoor experiences when visitng the South Bend area. There is a private backyard, outdoor furniture, outdoor dining area, private BBQ gas grill, and 7-acres to explore.
